What are your fees?

 

I believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. Fees are as follows:

• Initial evaluation (60 minutes): $250

• Follow-up visits (30 minutes): $150

Medicare is accepted for all services. For patients with other insurance, I provide superbills to help you obtain reimbursement from out-of-network benefits.

Other fees

 

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full appointment fee. This policy applies to all patients and helps ensure appointment availability for others. Exceptions may be made for true emergencies such as hospitalization.

Clinical Documentation: Additional documentation requests beyond routine care (such as letters for schools, disability paperwork, FMLA forms, legal documentation, or insurance appeals) are billed at $150 per hour of time required to complete the request.

What insurance do you accept?

 

I accept Medicare for all services.

For patients with other insurance plans, I offer support through Thrizer, a service that helps patients with out-of-network benefits obtain reimbursement from their insurance companies. I can provide a superbill through Thrizer that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

 

All appointments are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing you to receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home. I am licensed to provide telehealth services throughout Nevada and California.​

How quickly can I get an appointment?

 

Appointments are typically available within 1-2 weeks . Please contact the office for current availability.

What do I need for a telehealth appointment?

 

You'll need a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a camera and microphone, and a private space where you can speak confidentially. We use a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure your privacy and security.
